By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale and Returns & Cancellations policy. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.

You must be at least 18, and legally able to enter a contract where you live, to open a customer account or place an order. Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use.

Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or site operations, upload malicious software, impersonate someone else, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person’s information. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse or a security risk, subject to applicable law and any existing order obligations.

Product and skincare information

SheIQ branding, original text, photography and design are owned by us or used with permission. You may view them for personal shopping purposes. Other uses may require permission, except where the law allows them.

You keep ownership of content you submit. When you choose to submit a public review, you give us a nonexclusive permission to display it with the product or service reviewed and to make technical formatting changes needed to present it. We do not require you to transfer ownership of your review.

You are free to share honest opinions, including criticism. We may moderate spam, unlawful content, personal information, harassment or content unrelated to the product or service. We do not remove a review simply because it is negative. Disclose any free product, payment or other material connection when reviewing.
